How does it work?

There are two options to our nail gun repair service:

Option 1

We collect and return your nail gun via our trusted courier.

You choose when and where our courier collects and drops, from any UK address for FREE.
*Islands may incur a surcharge

Option 2

You post it to us yourself...

...by whatever means suits you best.

Important Shipping Instructions

If possible put the tool in the carry case. Then please pack the case securely in a cardboard box for safe arrival at our Service Centre. Please insure you enclose full name, address and contact telephone number. You also must remove all gas, batteries and chargers to use our service.

Return Deliveries to site

Any tool instructed to be returned to any address out with the customers card payment address will be at the customers own risk regardless of tool uplift address and Harlequin Fixings will not be liable for any return deliveries.

Additional Shipping Cover

Additional insurance for your consignment can be purchased to cover for the replacement cost of your consignment (up to £5000) for £14.00 which will cover both the uplift and the return delivery. Please Note in the unlikely event of any consignment being lost in transit by DPD, compensation will be paid at the standard DPD rate of £12.00 per KG unless additional cover has been taken. (All claims will be settled in accordance with DPD's terms and conditions).

TOOL REPAIR TERMS & CONDITIONS

All tools submitted to Harlequin Fixings & Sealants Ltd.,(the company) will be subject to the following terms and conditions:

All tools repaired / serviced will have the standard manufacturers warranty applied to any parts used in that procedure. Subsequent failure of any other parts of the tool are deemed unrelated and as such will be treated as a completely separate issue.
The customer will be advised on completion of any repair / service by the company, using the contact details submitted.
Any tool repaired / serviced by the company and NOT paid in full within 10 weeks of completion notification will be deemed to be unwanted by the customer. It will at that time be deemed the property of Harlequin Fixings & Sealants Ltd and may be subsequently scrapped or sold to a third party to recover any costs incurred in carrying out the said repair / service.
Any tool not authorised for repair / service will be returned unassembled.
All prices quoted to the customer are subject to VAT at the current rate.

For any repairs needed in addition to a standard service we will contact you with a quote, before we go ahead. Prices will obviously fluctuate a little due to any extra parts required. Any part which we replace will be returned to you with the tool on completion.

They were so helpful on the phone and arrange for my gun to be collected from a place that suited myself. The gun was returned within the week. The best thing was that there was no cost to myself as it was under warranty. I will definitely use them again!'
